National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (REOI) from qualified consulting firms for the selection of consultants to develop a Digital Project Management Platform. The engagement is financed under the PPSF Project with support from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and relates to the proposed ADB/AIIB-financed reconstruction of the National Highway (N-5).
