Pakistan Railways Tender DP/CGMM-A/2026 – Supply, Installation & Commissioning of CNC Gantry Milling Machine

Procurement Directorate, Pakistan Railways (Admin Block, PR Carriage Factory, Sector I-11, Islamabad) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for supply, installation and commissioning of a CNC Gantry Milling Machine.

Important notes:

- Pre-bid conference: 2026-07-01 at 10:00 hrs in the office of Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Admin Block, Carriage Factory, Islamabad.

- Submission method: Bids will only be accepted through EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). No bids submitted outside EPADS will be entertained.

- Bid security must be submitted physically in the tender box in the office of Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory, Islamabad before the tender closing time. A scanned copy of the complete bid must also be uploaded in EPADS.

- Bidding documents with terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk.

- Tenders are invited on FOB basis. Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS as per the schedule above.
