Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered/prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOs or PPMCs for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of APMS (Anti-Pilferage Monitoring System) units for distribution transformers. Procurement is for free delivery (FCS) at GEPCO 132 kV Grid Station, GT Road Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Funds have been approved in the Procurement Plan FY 2025-26.

Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted via EPADSv2.0. Registration on EPADSv2.0 required on or before 2026-06-22 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 2026-06-22 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security specified above in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Executive Officer, GEPCO. Original bid guarantee must be submitted before the bid submission deadline as per bidding documents.
Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid as specified in the bidding documents (refer to EPADSv2.0).
