University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin Tenders: Procurement of Books and Gym Equipment (Deadline 2026-06-12)

The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from well-reputed, financially sound and eligible firms/suppliers/dealers/distributors/manufacturers/book sellers/publishers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and registered on ePADS for the following procurements. Bidding documents (English) can be downloaded from Punjab e-Procurement (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the university website (putrasul.edu.pk).

Key submission & bid opening details:

- Last date & time for submission: 2026-06-12 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-12 at 11:30 AM in the Office / Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- Bidding procedure: Interested bidders registered on ePADS must download tender documents and submit bids through the e-PADS portal. Technical & financial bids (as required) must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted with the scanned copy of the Bid Security Instrument and affidavit. Original Bid Security (CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee) and affidavit must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Director Purchase & Store before the submission deadline; failure to provide original security will result in rejection.

- Bid security must be valid for the respective bid validity period and in favour of University of Rasul.

- Pre-bid meeting (for Gym Equipment): 2026-06-04 at 11:00 AM in the University Conference Room.
