BISE Peshawar Invitation for Bids – Procurement of Detail Marks Certificates (Tender No. 03-2026)

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar invites bids through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal for the procurement of Detail Marks Certificates (DMCs). Interested suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with KPRA/FBR requirements.

How to apply and eligibility:

- Submit electronic bids only through the E-PADS portal: https://eprocure.gov.pk/. The e-bid must be uploaded before the closing time.

- Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and KPRA where applicable and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

- Original bid security (as CDR or bank guarantee) and required supporting documents must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the Tender Number and Title. Failure to submit the original bid security within the prescribed time will render the bid non-responsive.

- BISE Peshawar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to annul the procurement process in accordance with KPPRA rules. For full terms and submission instructions, bidders should consult the e-PADS portal and BISE Peshawar official channels.
