Tender: Uplift/Beautification Activities in Kolai Pallas (Est. 100.00 Million) - E-Bidding

Assistant Director LG&RDD District Kolai Pallas invites sealed e-bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for a project titled "Uplift/Beautification Activities (Including Infrastructure Improvement, Monuments, Street Lights, and Green Spaces)" in Northern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents and Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) are downloadable from the official EPADS portal: www.portalkpp.eprocure.gov.pk after publishing the Notice.

- Technical evaluation will follow the bid solicitation documents. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and provide KPRA Registration, C&W Registration, FBR Registration, CNIC, PEC registration with the relevant code, and detailed rate analysis if applicable.

- Original call deposit and bid securities must be delivered to the Office of Assistant Director LG&RDD Kolai Pallas before bid closing time. Scanned bids submitted through EPADS must match original documents; discrepancies may lead to disqualification.

- The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date. Bidders must also submit an Audit Report copy and one-year Bank Statement (fiscal year 2025–26) and other documentary proof as per the SBD.

- Submission and querying deadlines: online clarifications up to 2026-06-20 17:00. All bids must be submitted through the portal; hard copies are not acceptable except where originals of bid security/call deposits are required as stated.
