Procurement Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope through e-PAIDS (eproc.pk). Registered government contractors with PEC, enlisted with C&W Department as per centralized enlistment policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year are eligible to bid.

- Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Bids through ePAIDS. Financial proposals / bids will also be sent to the Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development, Peshawar via registered courier before bid submission deadline.

- Last date and time for submission of electronic tender form: 2026-06-23 at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM (technical bids opened first; date & time of opening of Financial Bid will be communicated after approval of Technical Bid).

- Last date/time for online clarifications: 2026-06-15 at 12:00 PM.

Other Important Conditions:

• Bid security must be in the shape of a call deposit in favour of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Hassan Khel.
• Technical proposals must be numbered and a table of contents inserted at the beginning; proposals showing the contents of the proposal according to numbered paragraphs only will be accepted.
• All required documents, affidavits and bid solicitation documents must be complete; conditional and technically non-responsive bids may be rejected.
• Contract period / time for completion: 120 days from the closing date of bids.
• Any addition/amendment to terms and conditions in the NIT will be implemented as per KPPRA Act & Rules.
