QESCO Invitation to E-Bids for 132kV Tower Foundations, Erection & Stringing (Quetta)

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites e-bids (E-PPAS) on National Competitive Bidding from firms registered on E-PPAS with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license (2025-2026), registered for Provincial Sales Tax in Balochistan, and active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bids must be submitted through the E-PPAS portal. Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 150 days, is required. Bid validity: 90 days. Standard bidding documents, terms & conditions, procedure for submission, bid security, and other requirements are available for download via e-PPAS, PPRA, and QESCO websites.

How to apply: Submit electronic bids via the E-PPAS portal on or before the closing date/time. Tender documents and detailed instructions can be downloaded from the PPRA and QESCO websites or obtained via E-PPAS. Electronic bids will be opened online in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
