Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Charsadda invites sealed bids through the ePADS platform under single-stage two-envelopes & single-stage single-envelope procedures for multiple supply and service packages for the financial year 2020-21. Complete quotations must reach the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Charsadda by registered courier before 2020-07-10 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives.
Eligibility & submission notes: bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable; applicable tax & registration documents are required. Tendering will follow KPPRA/KP rules. Call deposit (CDR) is required for each package as indicated in the tender documents. Submission must follow the ePADS instructions and standard procurement conditions stated by DHQ Hospital Charsadda.
