Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (C&W Division Torghar) invites electronic bids on the EPADS system under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules) for emergent AOM&R road works for 2026-27 in Torghar. Eligible contractors with PEC C-6 or above should submit E-bids by the stated deadline. Bidding documents are downloadable from EPADS and KPPRA website; hard-copy clarifications may be obtained from the procuring office on submission of valid PEC registration, C&W registration card and payment of a non-refundable printing fee of Rs.3,000.

- Registration: Valid PEC registration (C-6 & above) and C&W Department registration card required. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013.
