Additional notes: Any clarification or query must be submitted by email as specified in the tender documents within five (5) days of advertisement. Bidders must be registered and ensure all submitted bids comply with the stated requirements in Annex 1 (ITB). The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids with or without assigning reasons.
