Tender: Supply of Dietary Items (5 Lots) – Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Punjab – Closing 2026-06-29

Issuer: Director General, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau (Home Department), Government of Punjab, Angoori Bagh Scheme, Shalimar Link Road, Lahore. Tender No.: DG(CPWB)/Tender/Dietary Items-2026-27. Purpose: framework contract for supply of dietary items for financial year 2026-27 to operational districts including Lahore, Kasur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and D.G. Khan (bureau may add more districts).

How to apply / key conditions:

- Eligible bidders: firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/distributors engaged in trading, registered with relevant tax and registration authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax where applicable).

- Procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA rules and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations, 2022. Bidding documents, terms, conditions and specification can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal and related PPRA pages.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each lot (in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee) as specified in the bidding documents, payable in favour of the Director General, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Lahore.

- Performance guarantee: 5% of the total value of the contract to be furnished by successful bidder(s) as per PPRA rules.

- E-bids will be opened on Monday 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 36(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity: 180 days.
