HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids (IFB) for Supply and Commissioning of APMS and Related Works

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) from prequalified suppliers/manufacturers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments of FBR and with DISCOs / NTDC / PPMCs / WAPDA for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) units and related installation works.

How to apply and important notes:

- All bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must upload all mandatory documents as required in the bidding documents.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Single Envelope in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and subsequent amendments. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the fixed amount specified in the bidding documents.

- The bid opening will be conducted online in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Bidding documents and details are available on HAZECO website (www.hazeeco.com.pk) and the E-PADS portal. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
