HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids: Disposal of Redundant 66kV Havalian–Abbottabad Transmission Line (Re-Tender)

Issuer: Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO). HAZECO invites e-bids (AS IS WHERE IS BASIS) through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from tax-registered companies/firms/bidders for disposal of redundant 66kV transmission line materials from Havalian to Abbottabad under jurisdiction of SS&T Division Abbottabad.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk) and must include all mandatory information as per bidding documents.

- Bidders must be tax-registered. The bidding procedure follows PPRA rules and HAZECO procurement regulations. Bids will remain valid for 90 days.

- All disposals will be on an “As is where is” basis. Interested bidders may visit/inspect the sites/locations on working days between 09:00 and 16:00 hours.

- Original bid security/earnest money in acceptable form must reach the office of Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before bid submission date & time; failure to deliver original will render the e-submitted bid non-responsive.

- Bids will be opened on EPADS in public in presence of bidders’ authorized representatives. Partial or conditional bids, bids without required bid security, or bids not meeting submission requirements will be rejected.

- Full tender quantity must be offered; bids for lesser quantities may not be accepted. Applicable PPRA rules and HAZECO disposal procedures apply. Advertisement and bidding documents are also available at HAZECO website (www.hazeco.com.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).
