Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites pre-qualification applications from qualified laboratory service providers for analysis of all types of marine fuel oils under a Closed/Open Framework Agreement for subsequent call-offs.
Scope: Laboratory testing of marine fuel oils (including TAN and S & N tests and other ISO 8217 related tests per latest standards) for PNSC call-off contracts.
