Office of the Project Director (SEHAL), Directorate General MIS, Controller General of Accounts (CGA), invites sealed proposals via the e-PAKs / e-Procurement (e-PADS) system for hiring an SAP consultancy firm to develop a customized IFMIS/SAP training manual and impart trainings to eligible firms/registrants including active Income Tax and Sales Tax taxpayers.

Proposal submission and document access:
- Pre-proposal meeting: 2026-04-27 at 11:00 hours PST.
- Submission deadline (closing): 2026-06-10 at 11:00 hours PST via e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk or https://eprocure.gov.pk/ppp/supplier/registration as applicable).
- Proposals will be opened on the closing date at 11:30 hours PST on e-PADS and a physical opening will be held at the GFMS Room, Directorate General MIS, Office of the Controller General of Accounts, Ground Floor, CGA Complex, G-5/2, Islamabad.
- Original proposal security (bid bond) of PKR 1,000,000 must be submitted in original to the Project Manager, Project SEHAL, in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft.
- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately as two PDF files through e-PADS before the submission deadline.
- RFP/Proposal documents can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA and CGA websites (links provided on e-PADS and official sites).
