Issuer: PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL), Blue Area, AKM Fazl-e-Haq Road, Islamabad. PIAHCL invites e-bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible firms, AOPs, companies, entities and interested parties for lease/rent of PIAHCL commercial properties under single stage – single envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted and will be evaluated on highest quoted rent per sq. ft. / most financially advantageous offer.
Key instructions:
- E-bidding through EPADS 2.0 only; manual submissions will not be accepted.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the bidding document.
