Invitation to Bid — Procurement of Weapons & Ammunition by National Police Foundation Security Services

National Police Foundation Security Services invites sealed bids from reputed, licensed and experienced manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers and contractors for the supply of weapons and ammunition to meet operational requirements. The contract will initially remain valid for a period of three (03) years, however the agreement shall be reviewed and renewed after every year subject to satisfactory performance, competitive rates, quality assurance and mutual consent.

Eligibility & submission requirements:

• Only licensed firms/dealers registered with relevant Government authorities are eligible to participate.
• Interested firms must submit valid Arms Dealer/Manufacturer License, NTN & Sales Tax Registration Certificates, company profile, evidence of previous experience/supply orders and CNIC copy of the authorized representative.
• Sealed proposals with technical and financial bids to be submitted by the stated deadline. Rates quoted must remain valid for 90 days from bid opening.
• Sample inspection/testing and verification of firms may be conducted before final approval.
• The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules/policy without assigning any reason.

Sealed proposals must reach the Additional Director Security, National Police Foundation Security Services by the closing deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of participating firms on the day of opening.
