Key submission and eligibility instructions:
- Download complete Bid Solicitation Documents from EPADS (https://epads.kppra.gov.pk) after publication.
- Bidders must upload scanned bid documents on EPADS on or before 2026-06-30 by 11:00 AM (PST). Scanned copy of bid security must be attached with the e-bid.
- Original CDR / Bid Security must be submitted to the Office of the Assistant Manager Purchase & Procurement, KCD Peshawar, on or before 2026-06-30 by 11:00 AM (PST). Bids without original bid security received by the closing date/time will be rejected.
- Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST).
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS to obtain user credentials. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, e-mail or fax will NOT be accepted. A Pay Order for bid security will be rejected. Taxes (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, KPRA or other government taxes) will be charged as per rules.
- Procurement will follow the Act & Rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA). The college reserves the right to cancel any or all e-bids under relevant KP-PPRA rules.
