Tender Notice — Sanitation Multipurpose Works (Chain Bridge to Mato Hotel), TMA Dassu, Kohistan Upper

Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dassu, Kohistan Upper invites sealed tenders through the Electronic Procurement and Advertising for Procurement of Services (EPADS) under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure for works under the “Accelerate Sustainable Development Initiatives” (ASDI) 2025-26.

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dassu, Kohistan Upper.

Eligibility & Registration: Registered contractors of LG&RDD/Department (Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) with renewed registration for the current financial year 2025-26 and valid PEC registration where applicable.

Bid Documents & Submission: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website after publishing of NIT on the KPRA website. EPADS registered contractors must upload filled documents with a clear scanned copy of the original bid security. Original bid securities and required documents must be submitted/received in the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration Dassu before the bid closing time.

Bid Security: As shown, earnest money is required at 2% of the Engineer’s Estimate (60,000 PKR for listed work). Contractors quoting more than 10% below the Engineer’s Estimate must submit additional security as specified in the conditions. Noncompliant bids may be considered non-responsive and forfeited.

Key Dates & Deadlines: Bids will be received until 2026-06-25 at 12:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Last date/time for online clarifications is 2026-06-24 up to 05:00 PM.

Other Important Conditions: Cutting/overwriting/manipulation in bid documents is not acceptable. Rates may be offered as above or below or at par with the engineer estimate. Contractors/firms must have relevant PEC codes. Bid validity is 90 days from the closing date of bids. Failure to comply with submission requirements or to provide required additional securities will lead to rejection/forfeiture. Work orders will be issued only upon release of funds.
