Issuer: PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL). PIAHCL invites e-bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible firms, AOPs, companies, entities and interested parties for the lease / rent of the commercial properties listed below. The Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 will be followed. Bids must include bid security and comply with prescribed bidding conditions and eligibility criteria; detailed terms are in the e-bidding documents on EPADS 2.0.

- E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, property details, financial proposals and tenancy conditions are available on EPADS 2.0.
- All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security.
- Bidders not registered on EPADS 2.0 must register before submission; manual submissions are not accepted.
- PIAHCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPR rules.
