Tender: Supply & Installation of Computers for Computer Science Lab — University of Lakki Marwat (PSDP Upgradation Project)

Issuer: University of Lakki Marwat (Secretary, University Purchase Committee). Project: PSDP-funded “Upgradation of Bannu University of Science & Technology Lakki Marwat Campus to full fledge University.”

Purpose: Procurement of computers and related installation for the Computer Science laboratory under the PSDP project.

Eligibility and requirements: Bidders must be well-reputed, eligible, experienced service companies/authorized dealers registered with KPRA and FBR (Income & Sales Tax). Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated tender amount in the form of a bank draft/pay order in favor of Treasurer, University of Lakki Marwat. The original bid security must reach the Treasurer’s office and a copy must be attached with the online e-bid.

How to obtain bidding documents: E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and BOQs are available for download from the KPPROCURE portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk) and the university website (https://ulm.edu.pk).

Submission & opening: Electronic bids only (manual bids will not be accepted). Submit bids online through the specified e-procurement portal. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-30 by 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon. Financial proposals of only technically eligible firms will be opened.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-23 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room, University of Lakki Marwat.

Important notes: The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process as per applicable KPPRA rules. Errors and omissions are subject to rectification by the university.
