Issuer: Punjab Highway Department. Executive Engineer Highways Division, Kasur invites e-tenders from Pakistan-registered Engineering Firms/Contractors as per PPRA e-Tendering System for special repair works in District Kasur. Contractors/Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26. Bidding will follow the terms and conditions listed below.
Key tender conditions (summary):
- Bidders must register on the Punjab e-procurement portal (www.punjab.ebprocure.gov.pk). Relevant procedure/registration details are also available on the PPRA procurement website.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (to be deposited in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee). Original CDR must be furnished half an hour before opening of the bids; failure to provide original CDR on time will render the offer non-responsive.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/proposal as per PPRA Rules. No cost overrun claims due to price variation will be admissible unless allowable under contract conditions.
