Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer, Mangla Power Station invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorised distributors, suppliers, contractors or service providers who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR. Electronic bidding documents are available and bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

• Bids must be uploaded through EPADS on or before the stated submission time. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be followed.
• Bid security as specified above must be furnished in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. Original instruments must reach the office before bid closing where required.
