Tender: Manufacturing of RF Modules & Supply of RF Cables – National Electronics Complex, Islamabad

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECOP) invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for the supply of items for FY 2025-2026.

Key details:

- Bidding documents available for purchase from the office between 10:00 and 16:00 on working days upon submission of a written request and payment of the tender fee. Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA website.

- Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 1% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call/Deposit.

- Pre-bid meeting to address bidders' queries: 2026-06-10 at 11:00 AM at NECOP HQ with technical representatives.

- All interested bidders must forward copies of CNICs of participating individuals and vehicle details by 2026-06-08 before 13:00 hrs to the address below.

- Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices; no negotiations on prices are allowed. NECOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in part or whole as per PPRA Rules 2004.
