Tender: Repair & Maintenance of Damaged Transmitters at PK-64 — LG&RD THQ Charsadda (eBidding via EPADs)

Local Government & Rural Development (LG&RD), THQ Charsadda invites sealed e-bids through EPADs for the repair and maintenance of damaged transmitters at PK-64, District Charsadda.

Key instructions and eligibility

- Bidding documents must be downloaded from the EPADs portal and submitted electronically through EPADs. Original bid security (CDR/call deposit) and required documents must be submitted in hard copy as specified before bid opening.

- Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the relevant government departments under the centralized enlistment policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible. PEC categories/codes indicated include E04 & E05.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (PKR 364,000) is required. Original CDRs/additional securities, where applicable, must be deposited/submitted to the Office of LG&RD THQ Charsadda at the District Secretariat, Main Road, Charsadda before bid closing.

- Bids must comply with instructions on EPADs; overwriting/cutting or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.
