CDA (Environment East) e-Bid: Provision of Summer/Autumn Flower Seedlings – Tender Closing 2026-06-17

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Directorate of Environment (East). Procurement method: Single Stage–Single Envelope e-bidding as per PPRA Rules.

Scope: Supply of summer / autumn flower seedlings for CDA (Environment East). Eligible firms must be well reputed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a valid registration certificate in Category C-6 or above (Project Code CE-10 or equivalent) for the year 2026-27, and meet all eligibility and qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Bid documents: Electronic Bidding Documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions, are available to registered bidders on E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and on PPRA's website (www.ppra.org.pk).

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security (3%) generated from the firm’s own account. The original bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO, Environment (East), CDA must be provided on or before bid opening. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded in PDF on E-PADS.

Submission and opening:

• Submission deadline (online via E-PADS): 2026-06-17 at 11:30 AM.
• Bid opening (public via E-PADS): 2026-06-17 at 12:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ authorized representatives.
• Venue for original document submission and opening session: Office of the Director Environment (East), CDA, 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA Office, F-9 Park, Islamabad.
• Manual or hard-copy bids will not be accepted.

Important notes: Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be legally sanctioned and disqualified. The advertisement and bidding documents are also available on CDA and PPRA websites. CDA reserves the right to reject all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004.
