Tender: Construction of Blacktop Nokundi Bypass Road (BSPD Phase-II) — District Chagai

Executive Engineer Roads, C&W P&HP Department, District Chagai invites sealed bids for the construction of the Blacktop Nokundi Bypass Road (BSPD Phase-II) under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & key requirements: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and registered with the relevant revenue authority. The bidder must have minimum 2 years of experience in similar works; demonstrate financial capacity with a minimum turnover of PKR 267,525,220 (in the specified prior period); and hold a PEC registration/category of C-3 or above (relevant to Roads, Pavements, Drainage & Retaining Structures). Bidders should have completed required similar works (as specified) in the recent period and comply with other pre-qualification criteria stated in the bidding documents.

Bids must include the required bid security (3%) in the form prescribed in the bidding documents (bank guarantee/call deposit as applicable).
