Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Road Works in Kasur (Opening 2026-06-17)

Punjab Highways Department (Executive Engineer, Highways Division Kasur; Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle Lahore) invites e-tenders for multiple road construction schemes in Kasur. Eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors (valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26) may participate after registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system. Original bid security (CDR) must be furnished half an hour before the tender opening.

- Earnest money: Only CDR will be accepted as bid security in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division Kasur (as per PPRA rules).

- Performance security: The lowest evaluated bidder must submit Performance Security/Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter, in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier Cheque/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond the completion period/extended time.

- Works will be executed under the applicable contract conditions and PPRA procurement rules. Late or non-responsive bids will not be entertained.
