GEPCO E-Bid: Hire 600 Armed Security Guards – Bid Opening 2026-06-30

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites E-Bids from reputable security companies registered on EPADS v2.0 and holding valid licenses (e.g., from the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior Islamabad) for provision of armed security guards to protect GEPCO installations, offices and properties within GEPCO jurisdiction. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Eligibility & Requirements: Companies must be registered and authorized to provide security guard services, hold required licenses/approvals (as indicated), and be registered on EPADS v2.0. Bids must include the required bid security as specified.

Submission & Bid Opening: Tender documents, terms and conditions, specifications and submission procedures are available on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). E-bids must be submitted via EPADS. Bids will be opened on the date/time above (online) as per EPADS procedures.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-16 at 10:30 AM at GEPCO office (Manager (MM) GEPCO, Gujranwala).
