IESCO Invitation to Tender (VEC/NCB/11-13/2026-27) — Duct Line & 11kV Feeder Works in Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites e-bids against Tender Nos. VEC/NCB/11, VEC/NCB/12 and VEC/NCB/13 for construction and utility-shifting works for 11kV feeders and duct lines in Islamabad/Rawalpindi jurisdiction. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) portal.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements (summary): Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant electrical/construction codes (as specified), registered with Tax and Punjab Sales Tax/Revenue authorities where applicable, provide NTN, active PRA, and valid registration/credentials. Firms should furnish financial statements, bank account details, previous experience of similar works, and a fresh bank statement with balance up to 25% of BOQ. Bid security: 2% of the quoted amount in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad (to be submitted as per tender instructions).
