CDA Invitation for Bids — Construction of Additional Facilities at National Police Academy H-11, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Special Project Division-I. Type: Open electronic Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding under PPRA Rule 36(b) via e-bidding (ePADS v2.0).

Purpose: Construction of additional facilities in the National Police Academy, Sector H-11, Islamabad (SH: Construction of Obstacles and Tracks at School of Tactics cum National Police University). Procurement is funded under FY 2026-27 and governed by CDA’s rules and PPRA regulations.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and having valid registration certificate and a good reputation may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS v2.0; all bidders are required to register on the ePADS portal and obtain relevant procurement documents there. Bid security must be in the form and amount specified and accompanied by the bid as per bidding documents.
