Procedure & Requirements:
- A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the published schedule.
- Bid security: fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price (refundable) in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. All bidders must upload/submit bid security through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed by the Punjab Information Technology Board.
- Bidders may obtain bidding documents and terms & conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA websites. The Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. If the advertised date is a public holiday, the next official working day will be treated as the opening/submission date.
