HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Supply of Power Equipment & Materials (Abbottabad)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites National Competitive Bidding (NCB) e-bids for procurement of various power equipment and materials on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) basis for delivery to the Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad (specifications as per NTDC/WAPDA amended to date). All bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS Portal.

How to apply: Register and submit bids through E-PADS Portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register and submit bids in accordance with PPRA rules and HAZECO bidding documents.

Important submission details: Original Bid Security in the name of Chief Executive Officer HAZECO must be delivered to Manager (SCM) HAZECO, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before bid closing time. A scanned copy of the original Bid Security must also be uploaded on E-PADS. Tenders will be opened on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
