Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods for FY 2026-27 through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 will be used.

Key instructions: Bidders must register and submit e-bids on EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-20 at 10:30 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security (Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee) as specified in the bidding documents must be submitted to Room No. 209, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors who are not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified in accordance with Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Procurement notification and related documents are available on the procuring agency and Authority websites.
