Issuer: Cantonment Executive Officer, Abbottabad Cantonment. Invitation for electronic bids for Annual Maintenance & Repair (M&R) works for financial year 2026–27 under Single Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004) based on MES Schedule of Rates 2025/2021 as applicable. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and hold a valid NTN.

Submission and bid conditions:
- Bidding documents and detailed terms are available electronically and can be downloaded from the EPADS v2.0 portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Manual submission will not be entertained; bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0.
- Bidders must upload scanned copies of mandatory documents and provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the shape of a call deposit in favour of Cantonment Board Abbottabad, as per rules.
- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening. Contract will be awarded in accordance with PPRA rules and Cantonment Board regulations.
