Judicial Magistrate-II, Bannu (Chairman, Procurement Committee, Civil Courts, Bannu) invites sealed bids from reputable companies/authorized dealers/firms/suppliers/contractors who are active taxpayers on the FBR list and registered with KPPRA for supply, installation and related services under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available from the Office of the Clerk of Court, Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Bannu during office hours and can be downloaded from the District Judiciary Bannu website.

How to apply and important conditions:
- Sealed bids must reach the Office of the Judicial Magistrate-III, Bannu / Chairman, Procurement Committee, via registered post/EPADS or by hand.
- Bid security: bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the quoted price in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in original, in the name of Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Bannu.
- For items 2–5 (two-envelope procedure), envelopes must be clearly marked as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal".
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-01 at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room of Judicial Complex, Bannu.
- Performance guarantee: successful bidder(s) must deposit 10% performance guarantee as specified.
- Bid validity: bidders must keep offers valid for the period required by the KPPRA rules (specified in bidding documents).
- Taxes: firms must include GST and all other applicable taxes in their rates.
- Samples: technically compliant bidders may be required to provide samples for committee inspection as part of evaluation.
