Lower Dir District Judiciary Tender: Supply & Installation of IT Equipment, Hardware, Machinery, Furniture and Stationery

District & Sessions Judge, Lower Dir (Timergara) invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced and reputable firms/suppliers duly registered with KPPRA E-PADS for the procurement/supply/installation of goods, works and services for the District & Sessions Court under KPPRA Act, 2012 and Rules 2014.

Eligibility & Key Conditions:

- Interested bidders/firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN/STN) and have active tax status.

- Valid business/professional registration is required; bidders must have relevant experience in supply of similar goods.

- Bidders must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization.

Bidding Procedure & Submission:

- Tender will be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure or Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. If Two-Envelope Procedure is used, submit two sealed inner envelopes marked "One-Technical Bid" and "Two-Financial Bid" enclosed in one outer sealed envelope.

- Bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 2026-06-17 by 10:00 AM. Technical/financial bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 11:30 AM on the same day (2026-06-17).

- All bidders must provide complete samples of all above items where applicable; these will be examined by the procurement committee during opening of the bid.

- Late bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder will be required to supply/install equipment within 15 days positively after issuance of the supply order; failure to do so may entail forfeiture of earnest money.

Bid Security & Tender Documents:

- Bid security of 2% of bid cost must be furnished in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned; bids without the required earnest money will be rejected.

- Tender documents, detailed specifications, quantities and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Accounts/Branch, District Courts, Lower Dir (Timergara) during working hours (08:00 AM to 04:00 PM) or downloaded from the procuring entity web portal / KPPRA E-PADS.
