HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids — Supply of Power Equipment (Closing 2026-06-17)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for supply of material on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) to the Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad as per NTDC/WAPDA specifications. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Original bid security in the name of Chief Executive Officer HAZECO must be delivered to Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time and a scanned copy uploaded with the e-bid.

Key Terms & Submission Instructions

- Bids to be submitted online through E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. All bidders must register on EPADS.
- Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage Single Envelope" basis.
- Original Bid Security (as specified in bidding documents) in the name of Chief Executive Officer HAZECO must be delivered to Manager (Supply Chain Management), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the stated bid closing time; a scanned copy must also be uploaded with the e-bid.
- Bid validity: 60 days from date of opening. Bid security must remain valid 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
- Conditional, partial or incomplete bids and bids without the original bid security will be rejected.
- HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
