PBM Sindh Tender: Supply of Stockable & Non-Stockable Food Items (Lots I & II)

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi invites bids under single-stage, two-envelope procedure for the procurement of stockable and non-stockable food items for designated functional offices (Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Khairpur & Larkana) for FY 2026-27.

Eligible bidders: Individuals, firms, distributors, manufacturers, companies, public or semi-public agencies and general order suppliers with active FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax registration.

Submission and opening schedule: Technical and financial bids must be prepared in accordance with PPRA rules and the bidding documents. Online submission via the e-procurement system is required. Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-08-31 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-31 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives (along with samples) at PBM Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi.

Bid security (refundable, interest-free) in the form of CDR/pay order as specified for each lot must be submitted in favor of Director, PBM Provincial Office Sindh. Approved successful bidder(s) will be bound to supply goods at approved rates for the financial year 2026-2027 at designated locations after inspection.

Procurement documents, detailed terms & conditions and submission instructions are available from PBM Provincial Office Sindh and PBM website. PBM reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
