RUDA Invitation for Bids: Infrastructure Development of 14.5 km Right Promenade (River Ravi) — Two Packages

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the Infrastructure Development of a 14.5 km Right Promenade along River Ravi (from RD 00+000 near Fateh Rehan to RD 47+500 near Ravi Railway Bridge). Works include carriageway construction (3 lanes), embankments, electrification, drainage, ancillary works and connectivity with Lahore Eastern Bypass (LEEP). Bids are invited from eligible contractors as per RUDA procurement regulations 2022.

Payment and bid security: Payment for executed works shall be made on a 50% deferred payment basis as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan (or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan) in favour of the Employer, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.

Document purchase and submission: A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the Executive Director Engineering Wing, RUDA, after five working days from the advertisement upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 25,000 (bank draft). Each bidder may submit only one bid. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the scheduled bid opening date in the presence of bidders' representatives. If a public holiday falls on the scheduled date, opening will be held on the next working day.
