Issuer: Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi. PBM invites bids under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure for the procurement of stockable and non-stockable food items for FY 2026-27.
Eligibility: FBR-active taxpayers (Income Tax & Sales Tax) including individuals, firms, distributors, manufacturers, public or semi-public agencies, and general order suppliers. Bids must be prepared in accordance with PPRA rules and the instructions in the bidding documents.
Submission & opening:
- Bids (technical and financial) must be submitted online and required bid security (CDR / pay order as refundable, interest-free earnest money) must be submitted in favor of Director, PBM Provincial Office Sindh.
- Deadline for bid submission: 2026-08-31 by 11:00 AM.
- Technical bids will be opened the same day, 2026-08-31 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
