NHMP (N-5 North-I, Khairabad) Procurement Notice – Bids Invited for Batteries, Filters & Pre-Qualification of Workshops

Issuer: National Highways & Motorways Police (NHMP), Headquarters N-5 North-I, Khairabad. NHMP invites sealed bids from reputed GST/Income Tax registered firms/contractors/suppliers who are active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue for supply/services for a period of two years (FY-2026-27 & 2027-28).

Procurement method: Single Stage Single Envelope (Least Cost Based Selection technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004). All proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the shape of a Bank Draft / CDR payable in the name of DDO NHMP N-5, North-I, Khairabad. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS; original Bank Draft / CDR must be submitted before tender opening. Prescribed bid security amount: Rs. 35,000.

Submission & e-procurement: Interested bidders must submit bids/proposals online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on E-PADS. Pre-qualification documents will be submitted through E-PADS along with required hard copies to the address given.

Deadline & opening: Bids must be uploaded and original bids (as prescribed) submitted on or before 11:30 AM on 2026-08-26. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the office of the DSP/Chief Patrol Officer Lines, Headquarters NHMP N-5 North-I, Khairabad, District Nowshera.
