Pakistan Navy (CMES) Tender Notice — Civil Works & Supply at Karachi and NAS Turbat — Closing 2026-08-26

Issuing Authority: CMES (Navy) Compak, PNS Karsaz (Pakistan Navy). Purpose: Invitation to tender for multiple civil works, repair and supply projects at Karachi and Naval Air Station (NAS) Turbat. Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications and credentials (as per Serial B) are scrutinized and found satisfactory.

Submission details: Applications for issuance of tender documents, together with complete credentials as specified (Serial B format), must be submitted to the accepting office. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field. The tender must be received in the accepting office by 1130 Hrs on 2026-08-26; tender opening will be at 1200 Hrs on the same day.

Eligibility and requirements: Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department or court and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C Branch GHQ) is outstanding. All contractors, whether enlisted with MES or not, must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors registered on approved list of MES in category 'A', 'B', 'C' & 'D' having experience of these types of work may apply. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.

Application credentials: Bidders must provide details of executed works in the last two years including agency, amount of work, time allowed (months), actual completion date, percentage progress of ongoing works and department performance report, as per the specified format.
