Pakistan Navy (CMES) PNS Karsaz - Notice of Tender for Multiple Civil & Supply Works

Issuer: Chief Military Engineering Services (CMES) (Navy) Compak, PNS Karsaz, Karachi. Sealed tenders are invited in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for the works listed below.

Application & tender document issuance: Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials (as required at Serial B) for scrutiny. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions for the job and area.

Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide proof of PEC registration. Contractors enlisted on MES approved lists in categories A, B, C or D with relevant experience may apply. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

Conditions: Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with any government department and no outstanding adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C Branch GHQ). Contractors may be present at tender opening.

Submission & opening: Tender must be received in the accepting office by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-08-26. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.

Right to accept/reject: The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per applicable rules.
