The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Five Branches – Bid Deadline 2026-08-24

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputed organizations/companies for hiring contractors to carry out renovation work at specified BOP branches.

• Bids available and to be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders may also obtain bid documents from the PPRA website and the BOP website.
• Last date/time for uploading/submitting bids on Punjab e-Procurement System: 2026-08-24 at 11:00 AM.
• Technical bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-08-24 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted (I-Link / Bank Guarantee options accepted) and shall be generated via PSID of Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
