Key eligibility and submission requirements (as listed):
- Name, address and telephone number of bidder.
- Date of establishment of the firm.
- Valid AEDB registration (attach valid registration).
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (C4 or above) with relevant codes (e.g. EE04, EE06, EE11).
- SECP registration and registration with Provincial Revenue department PRA, NTN/STRN.
- Undertaking that the company/firm is not blacklisted by any provincial or federal government department/agency; affidavit on stamp paper required.
- Affidavit that the company/firm has not been litigated against, to allow participation in bidding.
- Audited financial statements for the last three years; annual average turnover for three years shall be more than PKR 100 million (verifiable from audited statements).
- Provide details and evidence of at least three relevant projects in the last three years for projects with capacity greater than 150 kWp (each), showing full scope: supply, installation, commissioning, net metering and O&M; provide client information for due diligence.
- All other documents as specified in the bidding documents; failure to provide required declarations or bid security will result in rejection.
The Principal, Aitchison College, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
