Submission format: Single outer envelope containing two separate inner envelopes clearly marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”. Financial proposal must include bid security; affidavit on legal paper declaring bid security inclusion must be attached to Technical Proposal as well.

All bids will be considered under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The Principal, Aitchison College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
