LWMC Invitation for Prequalification — Vehicle Tracking & Management System for North Punjab (3-Year Contract)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority.

Purpose: Prequalification of firms for hiring Vehicle Tracking & Management System (VTMS) services for the North Region of Punjab for a period of three years, extendable up to two additional years.

Key points:

• Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) will be available immediately after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
• Joint ventures/consortia are not permissible.
• Completed, signed and stamped PQ submissions must be uploaded online via the Punjab E-Procurement System conforming to the PQD requirements.
• Online submission deadline: 2026-08-27 by 11:00 hours.
• A meeting prior to PQD submission will be held on 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours at the LWMC office (contact/address below).
• Online opening of applications will be conducted the same day as the submission deadline at 11:30 hours on the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of applicants or their representatives who wish to attend.

How to apply: Submit applications online only through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P). Ensure compliance with all PQD requirements. Online-opening will also take place via the same E-P portal.
