LWMC Invitation for Pre-Qualification: Vehicle Tracking & Management System Services for South Punjab

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms for hiring Vehicle Tracking & Management System services for the South Region of Punjab for a period of three years (extendable for another three years). Joint ventures/consortia are not permitted.

Pre-Qualification Document (PQD): Available immediately after publication for free on the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://e.procurement.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA Punjab website (punjabprocurement.gov.pk). Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key dates and submission method:

• Pre-submission meeting: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours (LWMC office).
• PQD submission deadline (online via Punjab E-Procurement System): 2026-08-27 by 11:00 hours.
• Online opening of submitted PQs: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 hours (via Punjab E-Procurement System) in the presence of applicants or their representatives.

Application requirements: Submit PQ applications completed, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the PQD through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
